Wenshu Travel respects your privacy. This page explains how information submitted through consultation and product experience request forms is used and protected.

Information we collect

When you request a growth plan, product experience, custom consultation, or leave an offline support message, we collect your phone or WhatsApp number, email, company address, business type, and any name, company or requirements you provide. Email is required for these forms so we can send a request or message confirmation.

How we use it

We use this information to email you a confirmation for the request you selected, and to send a formal follow-up to the email address you provided after an advisor reviews your request. We also notify authorized staff internally so they can discuss inbound-tourism growth solutions, arrange product experiences, or answer your custom consultation. A confirmation does not mean a proposal has been delivered or an appointment booked.

Consultation storage

Submitted forms and messages sent to human support are stored in the support system used for this website. Authorized staff can access them for follow-up; they are not displayed publicly. A temporary visitor-session identifier is stored in this browser tab to retrieve your support replies.

How we protect it

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We take reasonable steps to limit access to people who need it for solution consultation.

Your choices

To request correction or deletion of submitted information, contact a Wenshu Travel advisor through the hotline shown on the site.
